Ingredients

  1. 2 3/4 cupsapf
  2. 1/4 cupsugar
  3. 2 tbspoil/butter
  4. 1egg
  5. 1/2 cupwater
  6. 1/4 cupmilk
  7. 2 1/4 tspinstant dry yeast
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. filling
  10. 2/3 cupbrown sugar
  11. 1/4 cupbutter/oil
  12. 1 tbspcinnamon
  13. 1
  14. vanilla glaze
  15. 1 1/2 cupicing sugar
  16. 1/4 cupbutter
  17. 2-3 tbspmilk
  18. 1 tspvanilla essence

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add warm milk, water, sugar and yeast set it aside for 5 mins to proof

    In another bowl, mix flour and salt

  3. 3

    Add 1 egg to the yeast mixture, oil/butter, add flour in the yeast mixture and kneed well for 8 mins

  4. 4

    Cover with cling film allow it to double in size for about an hour

  5. 5

    Now spread your dough and apply oil or butter, add sugar,cinnamon

  6. 6

    Fold the dough and cut in desired shapes

  7. 7

    Arrange on the baking tray and cover again with cling film for 15mins, preheat the oven

  8. 8

    Bake the rolls, for 17mins at 190°

  9. 9

    Make you vanilla glaze by mixing icing sugar,milk,butter/oil and vanilla essence and pour on the cinnamon rolls

  10. 10

    Enjoy with a cup of coffee
