Felt abit lazy preparing lunch,since lhad left over ugali had to try this.
Cooking Instructions

Remove the hard part of ugali.

In a pan put some oil and heat the ugali,for two minutes then set the ugali aside.

Fry the ingredients and add apinch of salt for five minutes then add the ugali mix well.

Add beaten eggs to the mixture and cook till the egg is well mixed with the ugali
- 5
Serve while hot.
