  1. 400 gmsarrow roots
  2. 1/2 tspsalt
  3. 1/2 litrewater

    Peel and Wash your arrow roots.

    Cut into small round pieces.

  3. 3

    Bake in an oven for 5 mins to get rid of the water.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan and deep fry your arrowroot.

  5. 5

    Serve as a snack.
