Ingredients

  1. 4tea cups white flour(ajab)
  2. 1 cupthick coconut milk
  3. 1 tspfull yeast
  4. 5 tbspsugar
  5. 3 tbsphot oil or 4 tsp melted margarine
  6. 1 pinchcardamon powder
  7. 1 tspfull saffron

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients. Put in the oil n mix.make dough with the coconut milk.make round balls from the dough and roll.cut into four PCs from a rolled ball.leave to set and rise

  2. 2

    After 1 hour,fry in medium hot oil till brown or the colour of your choice.stays soft for a couple of days without getting hard or spoilt.
