Mix all dry ingredients. Put in the oil n mix.make dough with the coconut milk.make round balls from the dough and roll.cut into four PCs from a rolled ball.leave to set and rise

After 1 hour,fry in medium hot oil till brown or the colour of your choice.stays soft for a couple of days without getting hard or spoilt.
