  1. 1/2 kgspinach
  2. 2onions
  3. 4green chillies
  4. 3-4garlic peeled
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tspkasturi methi
  7. 1/2 tspfennel seeds powder
  8. 1 tbspfresh cream
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 tbspbutter
  11. 1 tspcumin seeds
  12. 1 tspcumin powder
  13. 2red chillies
  14. 150 gmpaneer cubes
  15. 1/2 tspcoriander powder

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the spinach 2-3 times..boil for 5 min with 1/2 cup water.transfer immediately to ice cold water to retain it's colour..grind into fine paste with green chillies and garlic draining extra water.

    Saute paneer cubes in butter for 1 min.keep aside.

    In the same butter,Add cumin seeds and finely chopped onions and saute till golden brown.

    Now add coriander powder,turmeric powder,fennel seeds powder,salt,cumin powder,red chillies.mix well

  5. 5

    Add puree of spinach and cook for few seconds

  6. 6

    Add fresh cream,kasturi methi and mix well..

  7. 7

    Finally add sauted paneer and serve
