    In a bowl take Rice 3 katoori and udad dal in anthor bowl soak them overnight. Then grind it and mix them well for 6 hour keep for fermentation in hot place now add salt ino or bk of soda mix verywell umtill it's fluppy Grease plate pour better and steam it for 5 to 7 mini in steamer when it cool transfer to plate serve with sambhar and coconut chatny
