Cooking Instructions

    Finely chop all vegetables,u can add any vegetable of choice (tomato excluded) and set aside

  2. 2

    Whisk the eggs in a bowl,add little onion, Scotch bonnet and garlic paste, add seasoning to taste and mix.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan,pour the whisked eggs and stir fry to make them scrambled. Fry till brown.

  4. 4

    Add the vegetables into the pan, stir and mix everything together. Turn off the stove immediately to avoid overcooking the vegetables. Serve with rice or pasta
