Ingredients

  1. Minced meat
  2. Boiled egg
  3. Flour,egg,seasoning,spices
  4. Onions,pepper

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl,mix ur minced meat with seasoning and spices n grated onions and pepper,den boiled ur egg and keep aside

    Rub little oil in ur leather then put the minced meat and flattened,put the egg and close

    Den remove the leather n allow to cool

    Deep in mix flour,egg,seasoning n spices n deep fry for 5-7mins

    Dis is the simplest n best method of scotch egg especially for bigenners,it will give u perfect result,unlike oda methods

    I served mine with rich rich salad,n brown chicken

    Tie the leather well and keep aside,do same to remaining egg n minced meat,then put in boiling water and cooked for like 10mins
