Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsJute leafs
  2. 5Scotch bonnet
  3. cubeSeasoning
  4. 1/4 cupgrinded egusi
  5. Locust beans
  6. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Blend the scotch bonnet pepper and add to a pot of water

  2. 2

    Place on a source of heat Allow the water to boil

  3. 3

    Add the jute leaf into the water.

  4. 4

    Leave it on the source of heat and allow to boil for 5minutes don't cover it with lid.

  5. 5

    Using a hand blender blend to desired smoothness

    You want it looking like this

    Place it back on the stove add your salt, bullion cube, locust beans and your egusi paste allow to boil for about 5 minutes. Serve with stew and swallow of choice I prefer amala.enjoy
