Ingredients

  1. 6medium dried fish
  2. 1 packmacaroni
  3. 1/2 cuptomato purée
  4. 6maggi
  5. 1/2 tsponga
  6. 1/3 cupgrated onion
  7. 1/3 cupgrated scotch bonnet
  8. 1 tspginger and garlic paste
  9. 1/2 cupoil
  10. 1/2 tbspcurry
  11. 1 tspgaram masala

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add oil,ginger and garlic paste, onion,scotch bonnet and saute for 5 min,add tomato purée and saute for another 5 min on medium heat.

    Add dried fish,spices,seasoning and stir.add enough water to cook 1 pack macaroni and let the water boil for 5_8 min

  3. 3

    Add the macaroni and let it cook on medium heat for 20_25 min or until its done

  4. 4
