Ingredients

  1. 200 gmspanner
  2. 200 gmsmatar
  3. 2onions chopped
  4. 3tomatoes chopped
  5. 10Cashew nuts
  6. 2 tspginger and garlic paste
  7. 1bay leaf
  8. 2cloves
  9. 1/2 inchdalchini
  10. 2elaichi
  11. 1 tspKasturi methi
  12. 2 tspoil
  13. 4 tspbutter or ghee
  14. 2green chillies
  15. somecoriander leaves
  16. 1 tspchilli Powder
  17. 1 tspcoriander powder
  18. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  19. 1onion chopped

Cooking Instructions

    First, we can cut onion tomatoes.

    In a pan put oil add jeera onion and all spices and tomato. Fry for 2 minutes and add cashews and salt and fry to tomatoes or soft. And cool it then grind the masala. The masala is ready.

    In a pan put 1 tsp oil and butter in add the chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste and all dry masala and fry for 2 minutes then add grind mixture and fry for 7 minutes up to butter will come side then add boiled matar and fry for 2 minutes then add Kasturi methi and coriander leaves then add paneer and cook for 2 minutes the Kasturi methi will give buttery taste

    The matar paneer curry is ready to serve with roti or nan.
