For the rice,parboiled n wash rice,set aside,grate onions n attarugu,saute onions n garlic,add the grated attarugu together with spices and seasonings,fry and add tin tomatoes,add an amount of water that will cooked the rice,add the rice,cover the pot and lower the heat.

For the veggies,wash n cut veggies,wash again after cutting,in a medium pot,boil the veggies and strain,saute onions n garlic,add the attarugu and fry with seasonings and spices,add the veggies and stir fry in a low heat.Serve with white/jollof rice.
