This is my husband's favorite meal. When I ask what would he like me to make for dinner, this is it, no matter what time of year it is! A few shakes of Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce on top of a plate of this and he's a happy man!

I actually am not terribly fond of cooking, (I know, right? Wrong place here) but love to eat new things that aren't processed and like to try my spin on recipes or cook off the cuff. I do some full fat cooking and low carb cooking but the cooler months I love to make sweets! My husband truly enjoys my cooking but hates when I make something the first time and off the cuff but never write it down and the second time it's never as good so hopefully using cookpad will help.PS- Not here to hook-up and trust me, you can't catfish me.
