Ingredients

  1. 1and 1/2 cups of green cabbage
  2. 1 cupshredded rainbow carrots
  3. 1 cupmayonnaise
  4. 1 tablespoonwhite sugar
  5. 1 tbspapple cider vinegar
  6. 2 tablespoonshalf and half or heavy cream
  7. 1/2 cupgrated yellow onion
  8. 1eighth of a teaspoon of celery
  9. 1eighth of a teaspoon of lemon pepper
  10. 1eighth of a teaspoon of mustard seed
  11. to tasteSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    First mix the dressing with the mayonnaise the apple cider vinegar, the sugar and the seasonings. Set aside to marinate

  2. 2

    Shred the cabbage and the onion and the carrots. Rinse the cabbage and carrots and drain if necessary.

  3. 3

    Pour the dressing on to the cabbage and carrot mixture. Mix well. Let sit for a few hours and you have cabbage and carrot coleslaw.
