Ingredients

  1. 5 cupsflour
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 3 tablespoonsmagerine/butter
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1& 1/2 tblspn of yeast
  6. 1tspn baking powder
  7. 1 pinchsalt
  8. Flavor(powdered nutmeg)
  9. 1&1/2 cups of warm water

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve the flour in a clean bowl add the magerine and mix well

  2. 2

    Add the salt, sugar,baking powder,yeast to the flour and mix

  3. 3

    Finally add the eggs and flavor,mix until well combined then add the water little by little while mixing until it forms a dough and no longer sticking to your hand.

    Cover the dough and let it sit for few minutes (about 15mins)

    After some minutes cut the dough into 3 equal pieces and roll one on a flat surface then use a doughnut cutter or any round cup to cut into roundshapes making a hole at the center. Repeat with the remaining dough and allow to rise

    After like 30mins, heat ur oil in a pan until very hot then fry!!

    Serve hot and enjoy with any drink of your choice😋
