Cooking Instructions

Cream your butter and sugar until fluffy and white in color

Add in your eggs one after the other, mix well.

Mix your flour and baking powder and add it bit by bit to the above mixture.

Finally add in your vanilla extract

Pour the batter in cup cake liners and bake for 20_25mns at 180°

I changed it a little and made cupcakes instead of 1 large cake. The large version serves 12, as watching the weight & handing out cup cakes are far easier for me and only take 10-12 minutes in the oven per batch. These cakes are fluffy light & amazing!!!
