Ingredients

6 servings
  1. Halfkg ajab white flour
  2. 1 tspoil for the dough
  3. 3 tbspoil when frying the chapati
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 2 tbspfresh coriander
  6. 1 cupwarm coconut milk

Cooking Instructions

    Make the coconut milk by blending 1 bowl freshly grated coconut with 1 cup warm water. Sieve and get the fresh coconut milk

    Now first mix the dry ingredients and then using the coconut milk make dough.

    Dab half tsp oil and knead thoroughly. Keep to set for 15 mins to 30 mins.

    Now roll out on your working surface and spread the other half tsp of oil on it. Cut and make rolls

    Now spread out each roll into round shaped chapatis.

    On medium heat, fry each chapati, remember the key is to press the chapati on each side when frying with little oil on each side. When color is golden brown, its ready
