Ingredients

  1. 2 packsNoodles
  2. 4Big Tomatoes
  3. 6pics Fresh Pepper
  4. Spring onions
  5. Carrot
  6. Medium sized Cucumber
  7. Maggi
  8. Vegetable Oil
  9. Water
  10. Curry

Cooking Instructions

    Pour clean water into a cooking pot to boil for few minutes.

    Add the Noodle, its ingredients and cook. Then sieve and put in a plate and set aside.

    Wash all the vegetables

    Cut the spring onions

  5. 5

    Cut the carrot

  6. 6

    Grate or blend the tomatoes and pepper

  7. 7

    Add oil in a pot, allow it to get hot, then add the tomatoes and pepper. And allow to cook for 3 minutes.

    Add the sliced carrot and cook. After 2 minutes add the spring onions, your maggi, curry and little salt to taste.

    Slice the Cucumber for garnishing.

  10. 10

    Bring down the cooked sauce and serve the Noodles.
