A northern dish which is eaten with oil and pepper(yaji).
Cooking Instructions

Get a bowl pour little water add potash in side and allow to desolve.Get another bowl seive your flour in a bowl,add kuka,and pour the desolved potash inside,mix it very well let it not be too thick and let it not me watery

Put a pot on fire,pour water inside and allow it to boil very well.use your hand to put small mixture into the water until you are done.cover it and allow it to cook for like 20-25 mins and bring it down

Put a frying pan on fire heat up onions.serve it with onions,cucumber,tomatoes,yaji and maggi.enjoy

Delicious Chicken in Veggie Sauce
This way of cooking vegetables (usually on a fireplace so they get a nice smokey taste) is really common in Northern-Eastern Spain and Southern-Eastern France. Usually eaten with bread or alone, I decided to make a twist of it.

There was mini salad with cucumber, corn, and tomato at a restaurant where I worked as a part-timer, and it was nice and colourful. I was wondering if I could turn it into a macrobiotic dish, and I arrived at this recipe Tomatoes are delicious in this dish, but it might make the dish watery, so I added raw red bell pepper instead.Put all the ingredients in a container, and cover with a lid, then lightly shake it. 10 Minute Spicy & Garlicky Cucumber
I was thinking that there should be something I could do with both sesame oil and garlic...Then I decided I wanted to try to make a yakiniku restaurant-style cucumber appetizer! That's how I came up with this dish.Don't use too much salt. The sugar is used to balance out the flavor so only a small amount should be fine. Don't cut the cucumber too thinly.
