Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsFlour
  2. Sugar half cup
  3. Yeast half tbls
  4. 2Eggs
  5. 1 cupMilk
  6. Butter2tbls
  7. 1 tspSalt
  8. Oil
  9. Nutmeg
  10. Warm water

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl put warm water and yeast close it for some minutes.

    Mix eggs,sugar and milk put the yeast mixture. Sift flour with nutmeg add the mixture in the flour and make a Dough, cover in a warm place for an hour to rise.

    Roll the dough half inch thick cut with doughnuts cutter place in tray let it rise a little. Put oil in a medium heat and fry. Ganish with powdered sugar.
