Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1/2 cupwheat flour
  3. 1/4 cupdissolved potassium(kanwa)
  4. Almost a cup of water
  5. Shredded carbage & carrots
  6. Boiled eggs
  7. oil
  8. Pepper mix

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix the dry ingredients together add the water and dissolved pottasium mix to form a sticky mixture

  2. 2

    Add water into a pot and allow to boil then drop the mixture little by little using a spoon then allow to cook for 30 minutes while gently stirring it after some minutes then remove it from the water and add it into a bowl containing water then seive d water and add it into a container

  3. 3

    Fry oil using onions and add it to the dumplings add the carbage and carrot and pepper. Enjoy
