Ingredients

  1. 2 cuppoha
  2. 1/2 cupTomato cubs
  3. 1/2 cuppotato cubs
  4. 1green chilli cutting
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1/4 tspmustard and cumin seeds
  7. 1/4 tsphing
  8. 1/2lemon
  9. Salt for test
  10. Coriander as required

Cooking Instructions

    Take 2 cup poha.take 5 cups of water and rains quickly drain the water completely.

    Heat a pan. Add oil add mustard and cumin seeds.

  3. 3

    When they begin to pop, add hing, green chilli. Add cubed potatoes and saute for a minute. Cover and cook on a low heat until soft and cooked completely.

    Add turmeric powder and salt and poha and tomato cubs. Mix well and cover the pan.

    Cook on a very low heat until it turns hot and add sprinkle Lemon juice.

  6. 6

    Ready for taste.
