Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsself rising flour
  2. 1 cupbrown sugar
  3. 2eggs
  4. 1 tspcinnamon
  5. 1/2 cupoil or shortening
  6. 2 tspsoftened butter
  7. 1 cuprough chop walnuts
  8. Dashsalt
  9. 3overly ripe bananas
  10. 1 tspvanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven 350° take eggs, vanilla, butter, brown sugar, oil, all wet ingredients and mix in large bowl

    In separate smallbowl add dry ingredients flour, salt, cinnamon

  3. 3

    Mash bananas and add to wet ingredients and using a hand mixer combine

  4. 4

    Pour dry ingredients into wet and stir till combined. Fold in walnuts at this point. Using a loaf pan sprayed or coated in shortening bake for 45 to 50 mins
