Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsugar
  2. 2large eggs
  3. 4over ripe bananas
  4. 1 teaspoonpure vanilla extract
  5. 1 1/4th all-purpose flour
  6. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  7. 1 teaspooncinnamon
  8. 1/2 teaspoonnutmeg
  9. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  10. 1/2 cupcanola oil
  11. 1/2 Cupalmond flour
  12. 1/2whole walnuts
  13. 1/4whole almond and walnuts

Cooking Instructions

    Collect all the ingredients. Add to the bowl, peel bananas, sugar and pure vanilla extract.

    Blend well then add to bowl, eggs and canola oil then blend again.

    In a food processor or bag and hammer finely grind whole walnuts.

    In the bowl add flour, almond flour, grinded up walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and salt and blend together.

    Optional*
    Mince 1/4 cup of whole almonds and walnuts for the top of bread.

    Grease your bread pan (I like to put parchment paper on the bottom to be safe) and poor batter into the bread pan.

    Top with minced nuts and bake at 350f for 40 minutes - 1 hour. Use a knife or tooth pick to poke to see if done. Leave to cool and pop on a plate cut and serve with whipped cream or honey.
