Ingredients

  1. 1 1/4 cupself rising flour
  2. 3rippen bananas ( when skin starts to turn brown)
  3. 2/3 cupsugar
  4. 1 tspvanilla extract
  5. 2eggs
  6. 2/3chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°

    Grease a loaf pan. Really good.

  3. 3

    Mash bananas really well. Then add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour in loaf pan and bake at 350°for 45 - 50 minutes or til a toothpick comes out clean.

    Let cool for a few minutes. Then slice anf enjoy

Great recipe! This time I used gluten free flour, split the sugar with granular and dark brown then added a double shot of Parrot Bay. We’ll see
