Banana nut bread

I found this recipe online and I tweaked it a little.

This is a recipe for ultra walkers and or ultra runners athletesIt's extremely high calorie. Bulk up.

Easy way to use up those bananas that are ripe!

This has always been my favorite way to use ripe bananas. You can also freeze ripe bananas and use for this recipe at a later time. Yummy.

Low-carb. I couldn't find my loaf pan so I used my trusty cast iron skillet.

First Attempt: Went well. I will probably add more vanilla and butter to the next batch.Second Attempt: Better. Added extra vanilla and butter. Decided to try brown sugar and liked the results.Third Attempt: Reduced oil and added sour cream for moisture. Great results! Cooked these for 30 minutes in muffin pans.

It tasted really nice, not to sweet , not too bland. I think I'll ve making my banana brad like this for now on
