Ingredients

  1. 3table spoons of blended chilli
  2. 1Onion sliced
  3. 1Tomato sliced
  4. 3 clovesgarlic finely chopped
  5. 1.5 tablespoonsgarlic and ginger paste
  6. 1 cupwater
  7. Fried Anchovies
  8. 2 tablespooncrushed fried anchovies

Cooking Instructions

    Fry anchovies and set aside

  2. 2

    Using same oil, fry onions and garlic until fragrant

  3. 3

    Add in garlic and ginger paste and sauté

  4. 4

    Add chilli paste and fry until no more chilli smell and oil separates

  5. 5

    Add crushed fried anchovies and mix

  6. 6

    Add in water and tomatoes

  7. 7

    Mix until fragrant and add in ikan bilis
