Ingredients

  1. Yam
  2. Minced meat
  3. Lemon basil (Curry leaf)
  4. Atarugu
  5. Onions
  6. cubeSeasoning
  7. Garlic powder
  8. Onga seasoning powder
  9. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Put the minced meat in a pot and allow to steam so that the water will dry off. Add cooking oil then fry it for about 2 minutes. Add the chopped up vegetables and stir. Take off the heat.

    Cook the yam, then strain the water and leave to cool for a bit. Pound the yam but don't pound it until it becomes like pounded yam. Pour in the minced meat then make balls out of it.

    Crack 2 eggs in a plate and whisk it. In another plate, sieve some flour. Place a frying pan of oil (like 4 tablespoon of oil) on fire. First rolls the yam balls in the egg then coat it with flour. When u have done this with like ten yamballs, you can place it into the frying pan and shallow fry it. Turn it when one side fries to ensure a nice color all round. You can deep fry it if you wish.
