Ingredients

  1. 1 kgGreen mango (tota aam)
  2. 500 gmSugar
  3. .5 tspSodium Banguate

Cooking Instructions

    First take green mango (tota aam) chopped it and grind it. Than take a pan put grinded mango in it. Wait for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame than put sugar in it and wait for 10 minutes on low flame and add sodium Banguate in it mix it well and wait for 10 minutes on medium flame.

    Than put it in glass bowl and wait for until it cool down and than it is ready.
