Cooking Instructions

Sift flour and combine all dry ingredients. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine all wet Ingredients and mix well until homogenized.

Make a well at the center of the dry ingredients then pour wet Ingredients at the center.

Mix well until no lumps can be seen. Rest batter for 15 mins or until yeast has been activated.

Line terracotta molds or baking pans with banana leaves or aluminum foil. Brush with butter or margarine.

Fill molds with batter. Fill only half the capacity of every molds. Top with prepared toppings

Bake at high heat up until top appears toasted but not charred and toothpick comes out clean when pricked.

Serve hot with grated coconut. Best eaten with hot chocolate.
