Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cupflour
  2. 1tblspoon yeast
  3. I tablespoon milk
  4. 1/2 cupsugar
  5. 2 tablespoonbutter
  6. I egg
  7. I cup warm water

Cooking Instructions

    In a cup put yeast and one tablespoon of sugar and pour warm water cover it for 5min

    In a bowl put flour,sugar,milk and egg

  3. 3

    Then pour d yeast mixture on it and mix.

  4. 4

    Add butter to the dough and mix the dough

  5. 5

    Knead the dough very well untill well knead and smooth

  6. 6

    Cover it to rise for 30minute

  7. 7

    Mould the dough to the shape you want.

  8. 8

    Then fry at lowest heat and free

  9. 9

    Here is our doughnut and glazed it!
