Vegetarian Burger with Sweet & Sour Sauce Vegetarian Burger with Sweet & Sour Sauce
I love "Shirotabi-kun"'s sweet & sour noodle sauce and I wanted to use it for burgers. I wanted to make this recipe with my amazing tofu burgers!!The tofu I used here is Philippine tofu. It contains very little water, so it is almost like okara. If you use Japanese products, adjust the texture by adding water or bread crumbs. Sorry for the trouble! Recipe by Nooko cookpad.japan -
Meat Sauce with Ingredients at Home Meat Sauce with Ingredients at Home
I have been cooking this dish in my own way. My friends liked it as well so I gave them my recipe. You can leave it alone while cooking, and it doesn't take long to finish, but this is a decent meat sauce. My daughters went shopping for onions so they could eat their favourite meat sauce... For 4 servings. Recipe by Nyakun cookpad.japan -

This chicken chili dish was inspired by traditional ebi chili (chili shrimp).Since I don't like spicy food so much, I used just a small amount of Doubanjiang spicy bean paste. Chicken and leeks in bacon-infused cream sauce Chicken and leeks in bacon-infused cream sauce
This dish is inspired by the French bistro fare my wife and I love. The key is the bacon-infused cream, which sounds fancy and tastes amazing, but is actually really simple. Robert Gonzal -
Spaghetti with Meat Sauce Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
My children love meat sauce. If you use canned chopped tomatoes, you can make meat sauce easily. It can be used on pasta, in gratin and many other things. It can be frozen too.The key is to add a piece of curry roux. Children will love this too. Recipe by notyet cookpad.japan -
Basic Meat (Bolognese) Sauce Basic Meat (Bolognese) Sauce

In order to teach it to my friend, I made this simple recipe of our restaurant's Bolognese sauce. If you prefer a rich flavor, use a lot of olive oil for cooking. The image shows it topped with parsley and Parmesan cheese shredded using a vegetable peeler. For 2-4 servings. Recipe by Kechauru recipe cookpad.japan -

Grilled Pork with Fish Sauce Grilled Pork with Fish Sauce
I love shio-buta (salt-cured pork), but adjusting the amount of salt is difficult. So I tried using nam pla for the marinade, and it went very well and the result was delicious. After marinating (or abandoning it?) for a week, it became really nice.It starts to mature after 3 days, so please let it marinate for at least that long. Please adjust the cooking time and temperature depending on your oven.I used the "two-way heat" setting on my oven, which doesn't require preheating. For about 10 slices. Recipe by Nekoyanagi shouten cookpad.japan -
Slow Cooker Bolognese Sauce Slow Cooker Bolognese Sauce
Bolognese is another sauce that reminds me of my childhood. At least once a month, my mom would make it for us. To me, it was a delicious delight, but to her it was a money saver. Sauce, meat, herbs, & spices. Simple, but oh so good.I order it a lot, when I go out. But as with a lot of stuff, I wanted to make it myself. Combining different recipes found online, I came up with this recipe, along with my wife. This is the recipe that we agreed upon.We hope that you like it as much as we do. #mycookbookEnjoy! J.A.B. -
