Ingredients

5 Servings
  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 1egg
  3. 3 Tbspbutter
  4. 3/4of sugar
  5. 2 tbspyeast
  6. 1/2tbsb of salt
  7. 1/2 cupwarm water
  8. 1 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl mix your flour,salt,and butter keep it aside

    In another bowl put your warm water and add yeast,milk, sugar and egg let it for some minutes

  3. 3

    Combine the ingredients and mix till it form a smooth dough

  4. 4

    Conver and allow it to rest for some minutes until it doubles in size.

    Flour a table and knock down the dough and knead a dough again and again so that you have a smooth dough

    Cut in to a ball size and allow it to rise again

  7. 7

    Heat you oil in a low heat.places a finger in a center of the dough and make a ring or use a bottle cover and make a ring.

    And fry it in a low heat and serve hot

  9. 9

    You can dust sugar on it for desired or use chocolate for glaze
