  1. 2medium cat fish
  2. 1medium Onion
  3. 6scotch bonnets
  4. 1 teaspoondry ginger
  5. 2 tablespoonoil
  6. 6maggi
  7. 1 teaspoonsalt
  8. 500 mlwater

Cooking Instructions

    Dice the onion into smaller pieces and fry it in 2 tablespoon oil for like 3minutes

    Add to the water, mixture dried ginger, maggi, salt, grated scotch bonnet and allow it to the boiling water

  3. 3

    Cut each fish 🐟 into 3 part and add it to the boiling water, allow it to cook for 20minutes

  4. 4

    Serve it with fresh bread 😁🤤
