    Get your soya beans add your water, sieve the dirty in your soya beans and drain the water, add your potash and blend

    Add your palm oil, sieve to remove the shaft, then get your pot add your sieved soya beans and allow it to boil, get your tamarind and soak with water. Add your liquid tamarind to the pot on the fire when it start to raise

    After cooking, you pour it into a sieve (the one use to sieve pap) and tire, the water will be sieved out, then you cut into any shape

  4. 4

    Get your vegetable oil pre heat and add your tofu into the hot oil and fry

  5. 5

    Get your chilli peppers, onion, scotch bonnets and pound or blend

  6. 6

    Get your vegetable oil in a pot add your pounded ingredients and fry, add your salt, curry, seasoning cubes and stir gently. Allow it cook. Yummy yummy fried tofu is ready for consumption
