Ingredients

Cooking Instructions

    Heat your palm oil in a pot.

    Add your grinded peppers, onions, beans, ginger and garlic paste, locust beans, meat. Then add water.

    Allow it to cook till the water reduces and the beans soften.

  4. 4

    Then, whisk in your baobab powder very well to avoid lumps.

  5. 5

    Add small potash, seasonings and salt.

  6. 6

    Allow it to simmer for 3- 4mins on low heat. Then serve with any swallow of your choice.

    As for me, I used white rice and wheat grinded together into flour form, to make my swallow.
