Ingredients

  1. 2 cupssemolina
  2. 3-4curry leaves
  3. Some peanuts and cashews
  4. 1sliced onion
  5. 1chopped tomato
  6. 1chopped capsicum
  7. 1green chilli chopped
  8. 1 Tbspkitchen king masala
  9. 1 TbspChing's chutney
  10. As required Salt
  11. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  12. PinchHing
  13. 1 Tbspghee

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan and roast semolina until golden brown. Take it out on a plate.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan and roast peanuts and cashews and take them out. Now add mustard seeds, hing, onion, curry leaves & saute it. Now add tomato and capsicum. Add salt and cook for 1 min.

    Now add all spices,Ching's chutney and roasted semolina.Add 1 glass of water and cook it for 2-3 min at low flame.Garnish with peanuts and cashews.
