Ingredients

  1. Dough
  2. 300 gflour
  3. 50 gsugar
  4. 60 gbutter
  5. 240 mlmilk
  6. 1 tspyeast
  7. 1 tspbaking powder
  8. 1/8 tspsalt
  9. Filling
  10. 70 gbrown sugar
  11. 80 gbutter
  12. 1 tbspcinnamon
  13. Glaze
  14. 60 gcream cheese
  15. 2 tbspmilk
  16. 1 tbsppowdered sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Melt butter

    Add sugar and milk to butter, let all of them cool down to room temperature

    Add yeast

  4. 4

    Take 240g of flour and mix with wet ingredients so there will be no lumps

  5. 5

    Cover and let it rest for 1-1.5h

  6. 6

    Combine ingredients for the filling (butter, sugar, cinnamon)

  7. 7

    Add rest of the flour to the dough and mix it well

  8. 8

    Roll the dough out and add filling in top of it

  9. 9

    Roll dough into a log and use floss to cut it

  10. 10

    Let it proof for about 30-45m, cover with wet towel or plastic wrap

  11. 11

    Bake for 35-40min at 175°

  12. 12

    Meanwhile combine ingredients for the glaze (cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk)

  13. 13

    Take the rolls out of the oven and put the glaze on them
