So in my house, babana likes cocoyam so much that he always buy it for us, but most of my siblings tends to be the opposite of him😐so in order to make them love it too, i decided on finding a way, and alhamdulillah it works out fast, as they like it.🤗

Ingredients

  1. Cocoyam(makani/gwaza)
  2. Carrots
  3. 4Eggs
  4. Blended papper
  5. Curry
  6. Ginger powder
  7. 2 1/2seasoning cubes
  8. Onions
  9. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Required ingredients.

    Wash and cook your cocoyam until very soft. Peel off the back and set aside.

  3. 3

    Put your veg oil in a pan, add your chopped onions and stir fry, add in your blended pepper, carrots, mix and allow to set for 1mins.

  4. 4

    After 1min, add in spice(of your choice), seasoning cubes and mix. Breaks in your eggs(leave for 30seconds before you stir) put in ginger, curry and then stir.

    Lastly, u turn off the heat, cover and allow to set for 2mins before taking it off d stove.

    Enjoy!!!.....I also served with potatoes and its😋😋😋.
