Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 100 gsweet potato
  2. 100 gKomatsuna(Japanese mustard spinach)
  3. 300 mlsoup broth
  4. 1/2 tablespoonmiso
  5. 1 teaspoongrated ginger

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash the sweet potato and chop it into chunks. Cut the Komatsuna into 2cm long pieces.

  2. 2

    Put the sweet potato and soup broth in a pot and bring it to a boil. When the sweet potato is cook through, put in the Komatsuna and bring to a boil again.

  3. 3

    Turn off the heat and add Miso and ginger.
