  1. 1cauliflower cut into florets
  2. 2potato cut into pieces
  3. 1 1/2 tspRed chili powder or as per taste
  4. 1 tspturmeric powder
  5. as per taste Salt
  6. 2 tbspmustard oil
  7. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  8. 5-6chopped leaves of corriander
  9. 1 spoongrated ginger

    Wash veggies properly.Heat oil in a pan or kadai.

    Then put cauliflower and potato into the oil also add ginger.Now add red chilli, turmeric and salt stir well.

    Now cover and cook also check and stir in between.When cooked off the flame n transfer to a serving dish garnish with garam masala and corriander leaves.
