Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 600 gramsMaguro (lean tuna, sashimi quality)
  2. 1Sesame seeds
  3. 1Sesame oil (for stir frying)
  4. 4 tbspSoy sauce
  5. 3 tbsp♦Sesame oil
  6. 2 clove♦Garlic
  7. 2 tsp♦Gochujang
  8. 1 tbspSugar
  9. 1♦Salt and pepper
  10. 2 tbsp♦Sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Grate the garlic and mash the sesame seeds for the sauce with your fingers. Combine the ♦ ingredients.

    Cut the tuna into large, bite-sized pieces and coat with sesame seeds. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and cook the tuna to rare (cook longer to taste).

    Transfer to plates, top with sauce, and enjoy.
