Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchSpinach
  2. 2to 3 slices Bacon
  3. 1 tbspCorn kernels
  4. 10 gramsButter
  5. 1 dashSalt and white pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Boil the spinach until crisp-tender, and squeeze out the excess water. Remove stems, and cut into 4 equal pieces. Cut the bacon into 5 mm slices.

  2. 2

Heat butter in a pan, crumble in the bacon and spinach. When everything is combined, add the corn and continue stir-frying (at hight heat the whole time). Adjust the flavour with salt and pepper and it's done.

  3. 3

You can freeze it. I usually divide it into small portions for bento and wrap them, then freeze them. You can microwave them in the morning and put them in bento cups or you can freeze them in the bento cups to make your life easier.
