Ingredients

  1. 2filets Buri (Japanese amberjack)
  2. 1 dashPlain flour
  3. 1 dashSalt and pepper
  4. 1Teriyaki sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Season the amberjack with salt and pepper, coat in flour, then grill in a frying pan.

  2. 2

    After both sides are well-grilled, pour on the teriyaki sauce, and when nicely glazed, they are ready to be served!
