Shrimp and Zucchini Stir Fried In Milk And Miso

I wanted to come up with an easy shrimp dish that would go well with rice or eaten as an drinking appetizer.
If you stir fry the shrimp for too long it'll become tough and the fragrance of the miso will fade, so quickly proceed through steps 3 to 6. Recipe by caramel-cookie

Cabbage and Bean Sprouts Stir Fried in Miso Butter Cabbage and Bean Sprouts Stir Fried in Miso Butter
I wanted to make a dish using lots of cabbage. This is filling even without any meat in it! It really goes well with rice. The seasonings are on the salty side, but they'll be just right when cooked with the vegetables since the vegetables will exude a lot of moisture. When stir-frying the vegetables, add the cabbage at the end so that it doesn't get mushy. This is a matter of taste, but I think it's best if this is salted generously, since the salt enhances the butter and makes the stir fry go really well with plain rice.If you add some meat the stir-fry will be even more delicious.
