  2. Oil
  3. Tomato, onion and cucumber optional
  4. Kulikuli, maggie,salt and pepper

    Pound d qanzo to make it into small pieces, wash and soak for 30min

  2. 2

    Use the remaining 30 mins to grind your kulikuli then cut and wash your tomato, onion and cucumber

  3. 3

    Squeeze the qanzo to remove the water add All the remaining ingredients and mix
