  3. 7-Scotch bonnet
  4. 1-mediumOnion
  5. 4 tbspPalmoil
  6. 4 tbspveg oil
  7. 2-medium Smoke fish
  8. 8-maggi
  9. 1 sachetGino Curry
  10. Pinchsalt
  11. Rosemary
  12. Tumeric

    Boil warm water and sock d fish

  2. 2

    Boil the beans separately until it's done and set aside

  3. 3

    Chop onion + Scotch bonnet and fry wit vegetables oil+ add water

  4. 4

    To the boiling water add diced yam +boiled beans+smoked fish+ seasoning+spice + palm oil then allow it to cook.
