Cooking Instructions

Sift your flour, add salt, sugar, egg, oil and yeast. Mix them together, then add lukewarm water little by little and mix until a soft dough is form. Rub the bowl with oil, place the dough inside, cover and allow it to rise until it doubles its size.

Mince or boil the meat with onion, salt, ginger powder and thyme till it's very tender. Add scotch bonnets, red bell pepper, garlic and pound the meat till it shreds.

Heat up oil and add chopped onions, fry for 2-4mins, then add the pounded meat, seasoning, black pepper powder, curry, salt, cinnamon powder and stir.

Add little water and stir fry until the water dries up.

Sprinkle some flour and knead the dough again to deflate the air. Divide the dough into pieces. Roll a piece

Spread it on a meat pie cutter, add the fillings, rub some water at the edge and seal. Or cut your desired shape(s), but the edge must be seal.

Repeat this process for the remaining pieces. Heat up oil and fry both sides on low flame.

Drain the excess oil. Done and serve!
