    Healthy Recipe---
    Idli Sambar & Dosa

    Sambar recipe- In a cooker boil arhar ki dal + veggies of your choice (I use potatoes & carrots)..

    Masala - In a pan put some oil+Rai+ jeera+black sarso +methre +chopped onion+ ginger garlic paste + sliced green chillies+ saute all the ingredients+ now add tomatoes n stir it until tomato leaves d oil..now add boil dal to this masala n let few boils come..sambhar is ready

    For dosa soak dal n rice a night before you want to make...now blend both rice n dal add 2 spoons of water..to it..n batter is ready keep batter for rest for 1 or 2 hr..n add salt n black pepper to it..spread 2 spoons batter in bon stick pan..keep turning it..until batter is cooked your dosa is ready

    For idli take packet of idli n prepare batter take 1 bowl idli powder n add water salt n black pepper to it..now after keeping batter for rest put batter in idli steamer keep it for 15 to 20 mins in low flame idli is ready
