Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2-3 lbchicken thighs or drumsticks, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
  2. 2 Tblsoy sauce
  3. 1 Tblcooking wine
  4. 1 Tblcooking oil (olive oil, vegetable oil, or sesame oil)
  5. 1 bunchBasil leaves, washed.As much basil as you like! I prefer
  6. 2-3 slicesfresh ginger
  7. 1/2 cupscallion, cut in 1 inch length
  8. Optional: hot pepper for spicy!
  9. Add Salt to your liking

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in pan and add ginger and scallion and cook when they are slightly browned

    Add chicken, soy sauce, and wine and cook until skin is a little chard

  3. 3

    Optional: Add in hot pepper if you choose to make this dish spicy.

  4. 4

    Throw in all of the basil, mix it with rest of the ingredients and close the lid. Let it cook/simmer for a minute and you are done!

Sounds good, one question. The directions say chicken thighs or drumsticks, cut into 1-1/2 inch cubes but the photo shows whole pieces of chicken. Which should it be. Also, can chicken breasts whole or cit into pieces be used instead?
